Eligible products: All products in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, are eligible for return, only if the package is damaged or the seal is tampered at the time of delivery. Same should be notified within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. If you paid for shipping, we will also refund your original shipping costs, under acceptable circumstances only.

Exceptions: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: custom or personalized items, items on sale or clearance, and items purchased with a discount code.
